Speakers: Alexander Brikman, Klemen Kocic, Julian Wüstner

Who we are

We’ll introduce ourselves and explain how we came together to found the New Health Society in mid-2023. From covering Alex’s journey from a personal training studio in Berlin to launching a Munich studio with Julian and how I later joined.

Barriers & solutions

We’ll outline the most common reasons people struggle to change: Perceived time restraints, lack of guidance, Fear of Injury etc. We’ll back it up with the latest statistic showing that regular strength training can add years to one’s healthy life by preventing disease before symptoms emerge. Then we’ll walk through our three core pillars—nutrition, training, lifestyle—and share simple first steps: upgrading breakfast, boosting protein intake, role of motivation and discipline, etc.

Q&A

We’ll open the floor for questions, dive deeper into any topic the participants want to listen to, and point attendees to resources if they wish so.

Alexander Brikman founded New Health Society in Munich in the beginning of 2024. As a sports scientist, he coached over 50 clients at a Personal Training Studio in Berlin and now applies an evidence-based approach to personalized fitness—preventing disease, building strength and delivering lasting health.

Klemen Kocic transitioned from a background in tech to focus on fitness and nutrition coaching with an emphasis on prevention and long-term health. As a certified nutrition coach, he works closely with individuals to provide thoughtful, personalized guidance built on structure and consistency.

Julian Wüstner’s passion for sport began in childhood and led him to study sports science at DHGS with a focus on movement and rehabilitation. After a serious lung operation, he supported clinical rehab patients and youth football coaching before joining New Health Society.
