Our 2025 AGM will commence at 1900 sharp on Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at the Munich Marriott Hotel. Registration starts at 1830.
During the AGM, the Board will provide members with an update on the operational and financial results of 2025 and the outlook and budget for 2026. Members of our AGBC Munich Chapter will then vote to discharge the 2025 Board of Officers and complete the election of the 2026 Board of Officers.
Please remember that as a Club/Verein here in Germany, we need an in-person quorum of at least 10% to elect the Board Officers for 2026. Member participation is very important, and we kindly ask our Members to attend the meeting and stay through the voting process.
To participate in the meeting, Members need to have already paid their 2026 Membership Fees before Friday, 12 January 2026. Our membership fees remain unchanged at:
- Individual Membership 75.00 €
- Family Membership 125.00 €
- Corporate Membership 150.00 €
- Student Membership 37.50 €
For members with whom we have a Direct Debit/Lastschrift in place, the fees will be deducted in early January 2026. Otherwise members should pay their fees to:

If you would like to set up and pay with direct debit, you may request the direct debit authorization form at admin@agbc-munich.com. The invoices were sent out together with our invitation by e-mail. If you have not received an invoice for the 2026 Membership Fees before Saturday, 3 January 2026, please request this by writing to: admin@agbc-munich.com.
If you are unable to attend, you can ask an attending member to vote on your behalf as proxy. You can request a proxy form (power of attorney) from Brendan Todd at admin@agbc-munich.com and send it back by no later than Monday, 27 January 2026. In order to ease the voting procedure, an attending member may represent no more than one absent member.

You can also request a proxy form (power of attorney) from Brendan Todd at admin@agbc-munich.com. Please inform the member who you want to be your proxy, fill out the form and send it back as PDF by no later than Monday, 27 January 2025.
- We will vote based on a show of hands. Each attendee is only able to vote once. For attendees holding proxies, there will be a second round of voting on each related issue.
A post-AGM buffet dinner and one drink is included in the ticket price.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
