Guest Speaker: Eric Lynn, International Management Consultant for Organization Culture Change and Creator of cultureQs (http://cultureqs.com).

Corporations are living organisms in which everything is interrelated and interdepend-dent. They are complex, dynamic, continuously changing and, notwithstanding claims to the contrary, unpredictable.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of corporations and small businesses operate from a Cartesian mindset which results in compartmentalization, fragmented thinking, lack of true collaboration, wasted resources, unmotivated and often overstressed employees, and additional unhealthy characteristics.

Shaping healthy corporations is Culture Change, an approach that enables employees to engage and align with the Company. While the approach is not rocket science, it does require intensive finely-tuned deep work. In the end, it’s far more profitable …and enjoyable.

This practical interactive session will combine a talk with an invitation to experience approaches that Eric has successfully used to facilitate culture change in corporations around the world. There also will be ample time for questions.

Eric Lynn facilitates Culture Change. He is the creator of cultureQs. For more than 30 years, he has been working worldwide as an Organization Development Consultant, Facilitator, Executive Coach and Provocateur for Cultural Integration, Change and Leadership, whereby the primary focus is on (Re-)Shaping Workplace Culture.   His professional principle: good purposeful work with good people. Change and crossing cultures have been the defining aspects of Eric’s life since childhood. Working in English and German, he has lived and worked on 4 continents, including 8 years in Asia. He currently lives in Munich.
