Lifting the Lid on GenZ – Panel Discussion
What are the motivations, hurdles, and needs of the so-called Geneneration Z born between 1995 and 2010?
GenZ is a promising new potential representing nearly a third of the global population, but probably the most difficult target group to address. Recent studies and evaluations emphasize the need for businesses to recognize and adapt to the changing landscape of their target audiences. This discussion will dive into GenZ—both as employees and consumers—and explore how industries can better understand and meet their unique needs.
Key findings reveal that GenZ values authenticity, digital integration, mental health awareness, and inclusivity. The discussion will focus on how these factors, amongst others, shape their consumer habits and employment expectations. This conversation promises to offer valuable insights into the mindset of GenZ, shedding light on what lies ahead for businesses in the coming years.
The event will be hosted by AGBC Munich member, Anke Sponer. In her key note she will share insights into GenZ, followed by a panel with industry role models who have employed members of this demographic, alongside GenZ participants, who will share their experiences, illuminating the thoughts, expectations, and demands of this generation, both as employees and consumers.
