Daniel Wingen
Daniel is a prominent figure in the Bitcoin industry, serving as Vice Chairman of the Bitcoin Bundesverband, Germany's leading association for Bitcoin adoption and regulatory clarity. He works closely with businesses, policymakers, and financial institutions to integrate Bitcoin into corporate finance and payment systems. As the founder of Tidebinder, he enables companies and financial institutions to maintain self-custody and incorporate Bitcoin and Lightning payments without relying on third parties. He also runs 21Focus, an entrepreneurship podcast and community that promotes Bitcoin adoption for business transactions. Daniel is a frequent speaker at international conferences, where he focuses on Bitcoin's role in corporate strategy, payments, and financial sovereignty, guiding organizations through the transition to a Bitcoin-based monetary network.
Rayissa Manning Armata
A native of San Francisco, Rayissa is a government relations expert with deep experience driving significant regulatory, policy, advocacy, and business initiatives in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Her background has allowed her to serve Fortune 125 companies, the United Nations, and rapid-growth companies such as IDnow, where she currently serve as Director, Global Regulatory & Government Affairs. She differentiates herself by optimizing revenue opportunities in often ambiguous environments and regulated sectors such as financial services, digitization of vital industries, emerging technology, transportation, and investment. This ability is aided by her ability to act as “tip of the spear,” quickly structure effective government and industry relations operations, parse cultural conventions, make genuinely enjoyable and productive connections, and achieve goals. Rainer Karcher
Rainer is the founder and managing director of Heartprint GmbH. As the Robin Hood of sustainability, he now wants to make his many years of experience in large corporations accessible to medium-sized companies and help them to successfully master the transformation to digitalization and sustainability in a solution-oriented and equal manner. In addition, he is Chief Sustainability Officer of SustainableIT.org, a global non-governmental organization with currently more than 100 member companies that has set itself the goal of defining standards for sustainable IT and making them available as open source. Rainer was the Chief Sustainability and Human Rights Officer of Allianz Technology from October 2022 to June 2024. He ensured that sustainability, human rights and digital inclusion were integrated into all IT services and products and supported Allianz in achieving its ambitious goals for a sustainable future. Before joining Allianz Technology, Rainer was Global Director IT Sustainability at Siemens AG, where he initiated and implemented the first company-wide IT sustainability strategy and led a team of dedicated IT sustainability experts. He has almost 27 years of experience in the IT industry at various companies, including IBM, TeleCash/FirstData, Arvato Systems/ Bertelsmann and Siemens AG. A climate activist at heart, Rainer calls himself a climate activist in a suit, and the name says it all!
