Corona has changed the way of working. Home office and virtual working became the “new normal”. The interesting questions now are:  Which developments will remain? What does the New Normal look like after Corona? How will we work, collaborate, and communicate? Which competencies are necessary? A look in the future of post-corona-working is taken on the basis of theses.

Dr. Rahild Neuburger is Senior Lecturer at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.  After studying economics, she completed her doctoral thesis, addressing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Since 1994 she has worked at the University of Munich, teaching and researching about implications of new technological developments for organization structures, leadership, work, and education. In addition, she is General Manager of the MÜNCHNER KREIS e.V.
