They will explore Nadine ’s personal journey\, the challenges facing women in sports\, the succes ses women have already achieved\, and a view toward what the future may ho ld.\n\nNadine has been a coach\, coordinator\, and trainer in American foo tball for over 5 years. During the 2021 season of the German Football Leag ue (GFL) she was promoted to Head Coach of the Munich Cowboys\, being the first women in the to hold such a position in the GFL. She has worked for the Munich Cowboys since 2019 as a defensive back coach und defensive coor dinator. Nadine also played the American football herself for many years a t the national and international level\, competing in the World Womens Foo tball Games in 2015 and 2018\, among many other events. She also enjoys so ccer\, martial arts\, and ballet. At the Technical University of Munich Na dine earned two Master of Science degrees\, i.e.\, in Sports Diagnostics & amp\; Training and Kinesiology &\; Health. She also taught in Munich an d at the Technical University of Deggendorf.
