 has been supporting the BAA in annually awarding AGBC Travel Grants to gra
 duate students in support of their fellowship studies/theses on topics rel
 ated to the United States or transatlantic relations\, areas of focus wher
 e travel abroad is essential.\nOn this evening\, three BAA fellowship alum
 ni will provide key insights into their own experiences\, speak about the 
 research they have conducted and the value of going abroad\, as well as th
 e impact of the fellowship on their further careers. All are recipients of
  the AGBC Travel Grants which have enabled them\, as emerging scholars\, t
 o conduct their research in the United States. The discussion will be mode
 rated by Constanze Sabathil\, President of AGBC Munich\, and Volker Depkat
 \, Board Member of the BAA and Professor of American Studies at the Univer
